In line with its mission shaped by its meaning, Medar Construction aims to add value to life through its projects, targeting a development that preserves natural balances with its protective and caring attitude. Producing solutions with 'benefit' as priority, responding to the needs of the developing world, building life, creating ideas that transcend Turkey's borders, supporting employment, and elevating team spirit while preserving work ethics and honest working principles — the primary goal of the Medar Construction Code of Ethics is to guide Medar employees and those acting on behalf of Medar Construction in their decisions and conduct while fulfilling their duties.
All Medar Construction employees are expected to demonstrate attitudes and behaviors that ensure the cultural integrity of the Group. Additionally, all employees are expected to protect and enhance the reputation of the Medar name and the reliability of the Medar corporate structure. Medar Construction also adopts global ethical and moral values. All employees employed within Medar Construction, including temporary workers, are obligated to comply with the Medar Construction Code of Ethics or the Company Code of Ethics established accordingly.
All our business partners are expected to comply with business ethics rules and the implementation principles supporting these rules.
The communication of the Code of Ethics to all employees, ensuring that employees give due importance to these rules, and demonstrating the necessary effort and leadership in compliance with the Code of Ethics are among the primary duties and responsibilities of mid and senior-level managers at Medar Construction. The responsibility of documenting that the latest version of the Code of Ethics and Implementation Principles has been read, understood, and committed to by employees belongs to the Company Human Resources department. As Medar Construction, we declare that even in situations not written in this document, we shall act within the framework of our fundamental ethical values. In cases of doubt, consulting the Company Ethics Committee is essential.
